1. Inquiry and contract
The inquiry form requests a callback only. It creates no purchase contract or payment obligation. Purchases are expressly agreed separately by email. Before a binding order, you receive the specific service description, total price, contract information and applicable withdrawal instructions. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer.
2. Statutory withdrawal right
Consumers entering a distance contract generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from the date of contract, subject to the legal conditions. You receive the instructions applicable to your contract before ordering and in the contract confirmation. Missing or incorrect instructions can affect the statutory period.
3. How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to Brovela GmbH, Markgrafenstraße 58, 10117 Berlin, Germany, or email info@brovela.com.de. No reason is required. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the wording below but are not required to do so.
4. Early delivery of digital content
For paid digital content, the withdrawal right does not expire merely because files are delivered or opened. Early expiry requires the statutory conditions, particularly express prior consent to delivery before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledgement of losing the right when delivery begins, actual commencement and the required contract confirmation. Any such declaration is obtained separately in the ordering process, not through the callback request.
5. Accompanying support
The included three months of educational support is subject to the relevant service rules. Sending video files does not mean this service has already been fully performed. Any payment for services provided before withdrawal requires the statutory conditions and required prior information or declarations.
6. Refund following valid withdrawal
Where a valid withdrawal gives rise to repayment, the relevant payments are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. Normally, the same payment method is used unless another fee-free arrangement is expressly agreed. Any legally permitted deduction is applied only where its conditions are met.
7. No additional voluntary guarantee
No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is offered. Statutory withdrawal rights, rights concerning non-conforming digital content and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Report problems with files or agreed services to info@brovela.com.de.
